Cable and Harness Assembly

To complement our vertical integration model, APSM Systems has developed a wide range of cable and harness assembly capabilities. Our expertise include fully automated cut/strip wire prep, ribbon, multi-conductor, discrete wire harness, coil cords, coax and complex harness assemblies.

Experienced assembly personnel are all IPC-620 certified to the latest industry standards. Engineering support is provided from concept design to prototyping, and into production. Being involved in the early stages allows us to provide concurrent engineering design support as part of the total box-build/full system design.

In addition to standard cable and harness assembly, we also provide electro-mechanical assemblies including faceplates, control panels and power supplies. All cables are fully tested to meet customer and industry specifications, and are U.L. and CSA approved.
