Engineering Support Services
Design/NPI
Our goal is to work closely with your product development and engineering teams in 'early supplier involvement' to identify the lowest-cost, highest-quality manufacturing solutions for your design requirements. We will look at the product application, design constraints and the latest technology to ensure quality and repeatable manufacturability. Our design teams support PCB layout and design, electronic PCBA design, cable/harness design, and enclosure/sheet metal design.
Prototypes
Our dedicated prototype and quick-turn services provide fast and economical prototypes to support your NPI and time-to-market requirements. Prototyping allows us to provide input on the design from a manufacturing perspective, while shortening our learning curve in production. Quick-turns can be done in 1 to 5 days depending on complexity and raw material availability.
Electronic File Transfer
Our Engineering Dept. uses the latest industry standard CAD packages linked through our network and computer integrated manufacturing system. Send us your designs through our FTP site so we can start supporting your requirements. (Contact sales@apsmsystems.com for an FTP Login and Password.)
